A very cold Sunday morning in January and Brad, Keith and Gav, aka the Millstream Maniacs are performing cold water immersion training in preparation for the Tough Guy Challenge 2010. These brave boys are raising money for the Skeletal Cancer Action Trust, in association with The Ellis Harriet Clark Foundation in memory of a beautiful girl taken from us, aged just 16. physically, it is impossible to have liquid water of temperature -2C ...that is fresh water, but even the sea water temperature can go down only to something close to -1C (- .9C if i remember correctly)
