children's aid has ruined lots of lives.. group homes suck.. children also sometimes get abused in foster care and in group homes...
and it starts a cycle of a loss of self esteem.. and their children also sometimes end up in foster care.. this ad should be pulled out its offensive ...
foster care is highly questionable.. its about money. PULL THIS AD FOR GOD'S SAKE.

CAS is all about MONEY not children, people need to know their rights. Cadets is a great program you should be ashamed to use it to promote CAS. Never talk or deal with CAS without them having a court order, never take their word for anything as they will lie to you, and tell you anything

It's a commercial promoting foster care as the first and only resort for Jessica.
It's a poor idea of a commercial trying to promote positive attitude toward the Ontario Childrens Aid Society and it doesn't work. The message the commercial is saying is to get involved with your local children's aid, the only example given in 30 seconds is foster care adoption. Other ways of involvement should have been stated
