DJGreenleaf, they took her away for a reason, but first they had to set her up with the person first, whom they were going to use to take her away from. First they pretend like they don't know about the person whom they are setting the child up with, then they wait around for a while and then use all of the things that they knew, to begin with, to then take the child away from that person.

Children born to the marriage are considered by law as "the contract bearing fruit" - meaning the children primarily belong to the State. This is especially true in kids in foster care!

Women! You should consider using a midwife! Hospitals are state funded and owned by them. Of course they will cooperate with their bosses. It's only a matter of pushing and having someone there who knows how to take care of the newborn, for the first thirty mins are so, then the job falls to the mother and family. Are women so incompetant and scared of pain, that they are willing to take a chance? Think this cannot happen to you? Think again, that birth certificate is a contract.

That sucks! I am furious! People often tell me that violence isn't the answer. But I'm sure they haven't had their kids taken away from them. Social Services came to my door on an "anonymous tip" that my kid was being beaten about ten years ago. I would not cooperate with them.

I know first hand what you are/have went through!! A very close friend of mine had 3 of her kids legally kidnapped from her and she was NEVER convicted of a crime. The state told her she had to sign away parental rights of the youngest or they would also terminate the parental rights of the two older kids..
