    hah, I surfed over to talkingelectronics,com without recognizing the URL - it's already one of my book marks. Great stuff, he shows and explains hundreds of simple circuits, many of which can be made from parts in your junk box. eg: gut the components from an old (transistor) radio.

    When I got to this video, I thought "I'm not really interested in this, it's a nostalgia thing, and it's not part of my past, so I won't care" but I waited and let him speak for a moment, and it was actually quite interesting.
