2003 Ford Cobra nitrous purge

An old video of a fun project done at Speed of Sound LLC. Modified the side emblems for a 45 degree angle upwards and plumbed them to a single purge solenoid.

Credit to Trent Reznor for providing the background music. A purging car has a place within his style of sound.

can someone tell me the point of nitrous purge?

@beyotamito Think of it as "priming the pipes". A purge charges the plumbing with only N2O, and clears out any air/moisture/etc that may accumulate during periods when the nitrous is not used. Hope this helps!

its not a freez frame he just has the camera mounted instead of a camera man. you cansee his hand move on the steering wheel!

Hooking up a bottle isn't all that hard, and the great thing about no2 is that you get all the bench racing bragging rights and never have to use it. I would never feed that through my engine.
