I drove a Prius 2010 for 2 years and just lost it due to an accident. Wouldn't have any other car, and even though the rated mileage was 70 MPG (Canadian/Imperial gallon), I found it was easy enough to hypermile it to over 100 mpg. I need a bit more cargo space and I now have a Prius v on the way. For those who don't like them, you are free to choose any other car, but I generally keep my car for about 10 years and 400,000 Km (about 240,000 miles), and I think some of you want one by then!
