You'll never think of driver's ed the same after this isometric exercise and muscle contraction exercise. This is our ten and two. What we want you to do is grab a hold of your steering wheel in the ten and two position. Make sure when you're doing this exercise that the car is stopped or that you're at a red light. What you want to do while your holding your steering wheel is to squeeze it, this creates tension throughout your arms. While your squeezing in the steering wheel, squeeze in your abs, your glutes, and squeeze in your inner thighs. So you create a tension from your inner thighs, your rear end, as well as your abs.If you can, hold this squeeze the whole time you're sitting at the red light. If that seems to be too much for you, hold it for ten seconds, and continue to build up to the point where you can hold it the whole time you're sitting at the light. It's just a great way to tighten up your whole body while you're driving the car.Additional
