BART Shooting video vindicates Officer

This video is from a better angle and clearly shows the officer did not punch Grant. In fact, it shows Grant's hand on the officer's weapon.

Our Police Officers are often given a bad rap, but they are asked to deal with chaotic situations all the time. Often, what they do doesn't look good, but it is necessary. Say what you will, Cops are good people. We are Humans and Humans are ultimately falalble.

@EchenMeLaCulpa Why don't you WAKE THE HELL UP? He was NOT handcuffed. That is a FACT. Maybe next time try to do some research before you post, would you? He was resisting arrest after assaulting a train passenger, and assaulting 2 cops. If you don't realize that bad things happen when you do that, you need some form of protective helmet. Grant did not deserve to die and Mehserle deserves prison time, but you should get your facts straight, especially before insulting someone who has them.
