got the same case - I've got two thermaltake icages - they allow you to put 4 HDD's in a 3xbay, but more importantly they come with 120mm fans on the front. So I've got 2 x 120 intake at the front, 120mm at the rear, and I don't power the side fan as it is so slow it provides virtually no air flow... Got mine from Maplin for £29.99!
