This is a video I recorded well over a year ago in World of WarCraft. The honor system was brand new but battlegrounds had not yet been released, which meant world pvp was everywhere.

Like it was on many other servers, Tarren Mill was the most popular place for combat on Gorefiend. This video shows a few battle scenes supplemented by quotes from the famous strategist Sun Tzu. Forgive my nooby playing haha, it was a long time ago!

The music is Radiohead's 2+2=5 from Hail to the Thief.

  • I didnt understand a fucking word you just wrote..

  • I love Radiohead, The art of war by Sun Tzu, and strategy games! This video is awesome! I do not know what game you are playing there but I like Age of empires, and Age of mythology. Where you can use the tricks Pooshybooshy was talking about.

  • True strategy is designed to function in the midst of unknown circumstances. It can be a sign of the strength of the strategy used, depending on how vague of a situation it can function in.

So, just as the art of war is designed to work on a battlefield that changes, so is it designed to work on a kingdom that changes, and so is it designed to work on a world that changes. Since the rules of reality have been, and always will be, it's not unthinkable to develop a strategy that will always work.

  • you can basicly use the art of war on any game genre.. from strategy to fps.. which i found amazing

  • Props from the Horde!
