For a short while, pianos appeared on the streets of London, free to be played and enjoyed by anyone who chose to. Locations included St Paul's Cathedral, the Millennium Bridge, Soho, Leadenhall Markets, Leicester Square. Mozart popped along to visit some of these famous sites and to have a sing-along.

The Street Pianos project was the brainchild of artist Luke Jerram, brought to London by Sing London in time for the 2009 City of London Festival. Look out for organiser Colette Hiller (Cpl. Ferro from "Aliens").
