On the County level the Democrats appear very vocal and direct. They talk openly about the patronage that plagues Delaware County. They speak with much conviction about how ready they are to change the bad politics of the county seat. But on the municipal level Democrats seem to be of another mind set. Blending quietly in the Chester City community. Not making much of an uproar or challenging the bad politics of the City Government in public spaces. I caught up with two of the Democratic Candidates who are running for Chester City Council. They were attending a rally, of all places, standing on the sidelines as they watched the protesters circle the home of Dominic Pileggi.
