Sr. wanted more responsibility in him....since production & efficiency are some of the most key benefits in creating profit in a business! It really had nothing to do with Paul Jr.'s talent. Respect in that kind of terms.....& I imagine Sr. was never late on Jr.'s paychecks either.....
