@sensfan10000 dude thats my point.. you no expert, mma is my life i know a lot about it, and i wrestled, and i trained at american top team, taking everyone down im only 135pounds, thats how i do my double leg, i think we both know what we are talking about in away, but i dont think anyone is ever past there prime...

um you're all a bunch of tossers, this is an awesome takedown... did you see how he placed his right leg behind the guys left knee? This is a perfect MMA takedown because a normal wrestling takedown would have him place his right leg between the guys legs and lower his elevation to just above the knee, in an MMA fight you will cop a knee straight to the face! This is a great takedown, so quit all your smack talk, he may be an ass at times but he is a great wrestler and fighter.
