Dear Astra, Thanks for sharing your story. I spent three years in Scientology, one in the Sea Org. It is amazing how much suffering one crazy, paranoid, sadistic old man (LRH) has inflicted on people. I am glad to know you have recovered and created a new life after Scientology. Someday there will law suit that will bankrupt that fraudulent Church, and put it out of its misery. The best revenge is to live well!

It seems like a horror story that was made up. It is so sad that you are telling the truth, like so many others who have gotten away and now have a wonderful life. You have so much to look forward to now, you and your daughter and sister and father together. Hopefully your story will help others still in the life to know there are people that are out, and will help them too.

I am saddened to see who I thought was such a great person, openly lie like this. It confuses me. I was in the Sea Org for years and it was great. My kids loved it. I only left to take over the family business when my father died. Astra knows she is lying and I feel for her the pain she must feel for stabbing so many friends in the back like that. I never saw her that way.

Eloquent Woman. Im vey happy it succeed you both to get out from that cult. I have seen a lot of the videos about scientology and find it absolute disgusting what they are doing. All their intimidate policy in itself should warn people from getting involved in that cult. Its in fact the same as a mafia or nazi like organization. I wish i could do somethings to prevent people from getting involved in it. I live in Denmark and we have had the cult here in many years too.

Actually- the autopsy did say that lisa died of a blood clot, but that doesn't mean that the scientologists didn't cause that blood clot by forcing her to bed rest and dehydrating her. The woman who stated she did the autopsy on Lisa Mccpherson actually did NOT do the autopsy & therefore was in no position to make claims as to how she died. & that wench is why Scientology won the wrongful death suit. They should've lost, but that woman lied & they got off scott free.

These video interviews should have millions of views, not hundreds.

It would make, not only my day, but my decade, seeng this corporate cult crumble in its own ineptitude.

This religion has to be deleted from the planet. Whatever good it offers, it can be obtained by other means. The peole might be good but the thought structure itself is the problem.
