Sony Bravia KDL 46V3000 Screen Problems.
When we turn on the TV it remains scrambled like this for about 20 minutes before the screen corrects. Before we want to watch anything we must remember to "warm up" he TV before watching anything. This is really annoying and not something we expect from a Sony product. Being long time Sony buyers this is calling into question their commitment to quality and responsibility for fixing defective products they have sold to loyal customers.
We just started to experience the same problem on our 46" Bravia. For year 2007 Bravia models, we found there is a voluntary repair/reimbursement program offered by Sony. We are required to find a service center and have the repairs completed before seeking reimbursement from Sony.

@mrlichenstein I forgot to mention go to the SonyListens youtube channel and post your problem there. If your TV is new enough they might replace it free.

this is why i dont buy big name brand electronics, buy a lower brand name and pay less.if it breaks down in 2 or 3 years you wont be as shocked because you knew what you paid for and new what you were buying.

You're right, it stinks. I have a five year old Bravia showing vertical lines recently. The quality is shit. The thing cost me €700 at the time.
