Dan does some welds that aid in doing body work, with some tips using aluminum, to keep welds flush.

After some contimplation, and some fried nerves, Dan cuts into Sam and frenches the headlight housings he fabricated in the previous episodes.

Very nice! I use copper plate on the back of my holes,,,same result really.I live in Central Arkansas,,no cool car guys.

well done :D i was hoping to see the bigger headlights get frenched. i have to put old school style head lights cause my plactic ones aint cuttin it :(
