  • I wish I could bench press. Just using a light weight plays havoc with my shoulders and wrists. I see guys without much muscle benching 25k as a warm up. :(

  • @martynblackburn1977 - have your shoulders checked out and if there is no problem then train very light and get the movement right with no pain etc. You can always build up the weight over a few months. Take your time and forget what others are doing in the gym. You are training for you not to impress others with how much you can warm up with. Baz

  • @Mr420Cheese - I think you should work lighter with quite high reps and and try to train 2 times a week. As your muscles get used to training you will get less and less stiff. You might be overdoing your training erach time you train. Baz

  • hey baz im really struggling with recovering after a workout. When i do the exercise you do in this vid I can barely touch my face for the next 2 days because I am so sore lol should i use supplements to help myself recover quicker or do you know a better waY?
