take a few minutes time to watch and to know about the truth of the so called "fully support"/"perfectly support"

Asrock official(s) said:
(my thoughts):
"Dear Sir,

Yes! A780FullDisplayPort supports AMD Phenom 9850 CPU since BIOS P1.30.
(no, I tested it with my new CPU, it doesn't!)
Our 780 board has 5-phase PWM design for full AMD Phenom CPU support. It is no problem.
(no! no! no! there is problem!)
Besides, we did not meet or hear this kind of issue from our worldwide partner before. (do they all live in the Poles?? huh? 9850 just launched, how could you guys meet or hear that before?!)
Please do not worry about it.
(no, I really worry about it!)
Please kindly suggest user to update the last BIOS P1.30 for AMD Phenom 9850 CPU support."
(support......for less than 10 minutes? so how could I encode the video captured utilizing all the 4 cores??)

the ocworkbench (Bluetooth) said:
"this board supports all series of Phenom, X2 CPUs. This is not the case for some brands as ASRock uses a 5 phase PWM. It has proven to run the latest Phenom 9850 without any issues (reported in our news yesterday)."

- asrock must be kidding... proven? how?
