Thank you Dhamma Brother for interesting. The chanting is about paying respect to the Triple Gem like the video I posted in my Video Log. And the extra chanting is paying respect to the Bodhi Tree, the place where the Buddha got Enlightenment and paying respect to the Sakyamuni Shrine, the place where we keep the Buddha's Bones.

You are welcome, Dhamma Brother!
Sakya was the name of Royal family in India (in the Buddha's time) that the Buddha was born. Muni means Scholar or Wise man. It is from Pali language. So, "Sakyamuni" means "a Scholar or a Wise man of Royal family named Sakya". This is one of Buddha's names. Thank you Dhamma Brother!
