  • Good lift. Great power.

  • good job

  • The competition will last all day most likely, and it is easy to forget to plan for eating and such. Don't try anything crazy either. Try to eat as you would normally. Your body will have enough stress without dealing with novel food ideas.

  • Forgot one thing. Will it be full power or push/pull? If it is the former remember that your shoulder girdle will have just been holding a maximal squat and this will affect your bench, and plan on being a bit more cautious with your deadlift also. Most people rarely train two of the lifts the same day, let alone all three. It is neurologically and physically draining. Bring some food to the comp so you ca eat after weigh in.

  • Looked like you put chalk on your shins. Baby powder is what you want there. Spray with bottle and spread with bottle. It will keep the bar from sticking. Chalk does the opposite. Nice lift. Will you be lifting raw, e.g. belt, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, unequipped, or equipped? What federation is the contest under? Either way good luck man.
