Tsem Tulku Rinpoche's VERY IMPORTANT teaching given in 1998.

The heart of Buddhist wisdom in eight short verses, elucidated by a fearless pioneer of contemporary Dharma.

Unconditional love and freedom are here and now if we let go of self-centred obsession and let ourselves be embraced by WHAT IS.

The very life we are living, with all its difficulties, failures and frustrations, can be the road to liberation. The world can be our school of transformation. Everybody becomes our best friend. We become our own best friend.

Deeper and deeper, from learning to cherish all beings as precious, to realising that those we perceived as enemies are our supreme teachers, the teachings in this book take us, into our innermost heart where we discover that we are the light we have been longing for.

  • Yeah, thats when you actually learn to accept people who are more worse than us or we just realized that we are actually the same like our enemy who hurt us.

  • That is how and when we practice our patience and tolerance. If not when we can do that? This is the best form of mind training itself. So profound.

  • meetinjg someone who really gets on our nerves will benefit us. cause that's when we check what we have practicing.

  • If we have a lot of negative karma we will be falling asleep in dharma talks :P

  • Understanding of dharma depends on our collection of merits. Its true the more merits we collect then we can understand more dharma.

  • Its is very good to do chanting of mantras or prayers before any of the teaching . By chanting the mantras it helps our mind to have a positive state of mind .

  • The singing of the short mandala offering is very deep and very beautiful and haunting at the same time .

  • Oh it is very joyful to watch Rinpoche interact with the crowd he is very caring and conscientious .

  • This is very nice RInpoche actually teaches us how to make the short mandala offering .

  • We should do more Dharma work and practise to cure away our self cherishing mind, and collect merits to overcome any obstacles we facing while we are doing it.....i believe this will be the best solution for everyone....
