Heh, I see lost children in stores all the time. While being in a different setting, it still sparks little reaction from me.
Also, while Quit Victoria is anti-smoking, this ad says nothing about smoking specifically, likely giving it a different meaning for different people.

Look, I'm saying that cigarettes aren't healthy, but I'm ALSO saying that so is a lot of other things and it's not right for us to ignore those in favor of focusing entirely on cigarettes.
We need to do something about ALL of this stuff. Wiping out cigarettes and ignoring the other problems is like putting a Band-Aid on a gaping, festering wound and calling it fixed.

I would never do this to my child for an ADD. It may have to be hard hitting but dont make it hard hitting on that little boy. He doesnt understand. They went too far with this add and hurt the wrong ones.
