Michelle and Amy got Oscar nomination in the same category in 2006, and they got nomination again in the different category in 2011 lol

probably because Joker was more challenging to play. And even if he didnt pass away, that performance would still have been iconic, IMO.

Michelle is an artist, not a movie star--which is why she is so compelling. We don't have many like her anymore, which is sad. Actresses like Anne Hathaway, Reese Witherspoon, and Kate Hudson are great, and do have some talent, but Michelle Williams is in a whole different league than the rest of them. She picks roles that are compelling to her--not for box-office sake.

Not sure that Michelle Williams is looking for a "hit". She strikes me as someone that is satisfied with a great character. If I ever see her in some romantic comedy with David Schwimmer, I'd be surprised...and a little bit disappointed. Hey, Heath turned down Spiderman to do Monster's Ball. Hits aren't what's important to every actor.
Sorry, I love Michelle Williams...not trying to start a fight, just sticking up for a fine actress.
