Vid 2 Why People Choose Suicide : My personal opinion

This is a list I made up from what I know about in my own life, my own experience, and what I have learned about of different cultures, historical events, etc. I don't think I could cover every reason, rationalization, or consideration people entertain when they choose suicide. I'm hoping I got most.

Also, I talk about how my brother's suicide changed my feelings about suicide.

Great video :) Well it's really hard for people with any mental illness to take the good decision when it comes to suicide cuz i feel at some point our mind play tricks on us making us thing that this is the right thing to do but most of the time it's not but jeez it's hard to fight these delusional mind screwing that we face from time to time. Recently what i hate the most is that suicide seems to be the "Ulitmate Exit" of all problems and when depress it look like the fast n easy way. Peace

You're right. Sometimes I'm in danger even when I'm euphoric. Sometimes I get a delusion that there is something magical waiting for me on the other side, I just have to act to claim it. I've had one very close call in that state. Then the depressions convince people that they are nothing but burdens & it would be best for everyone if they left this world. When I am depressed, I sometimes am convinced I am not, that I'm just being realistic. Mania & depression are tricky characters.

@worldcross24 do what you think is right for yourself, not others. if you believe strongly in allah, you should know that he is not one to banish people to hell for doing what they think is right. i do not condone suicide, but i think it is not good to do everything for your religion, which has not been proven. just my oppinion.

hi i want tell about me. i want to suicide becouse im in very deep depression tht i know i cant get out of this pain.  its easy for me to finish myself . but in islam said if somone suicid he reamains with the same pain forever and gose in hell. its in bible too. thts y i dnt suicide becouse if i suicid and in the next world i remain with the same pain so than y i suicide. thts y i dnt and i think the best way foreveryone is that dnt suicide atlist when we die we go in paradise .

I agree with your views in this video. I attempted suicide twice when i was younger. Its only when i was diagnosed as bipolar that i understood what was behind it.

I think this was a very good video. I have fallen into the despair mode. When I was in high school, I was being picked on, bullied, etc. to no avail, and I felt like suicide was the only way out of it. Very fortunately, my mom got me the help that I desperately needed, and I came out of that mind set. Since then, I realize that things don't always go my way, but I have the power to change them and make them better.
