@639426 Sigh, no. A single 3.5mm jack only outputs stereo (2.1), so to achieve the desired 5.1 with these headphones, you actually need to plug two 3.5mm jacks into your computer. So yes, you can connect them to your iPod, but you'll only get 2.1 audio.
