The Blackwood rallycross track in the demo version of LFS, driven with the XR GT. 12 opponents, 7 laps, starting from the last position.
And in case you're wondering: the reason I slow down in the beginning is that otherwise it would be too easy to pass more than half of the opponents early when they cram up and turtle in the very first corner. So this way the video becomes a bit more entertaining, in my opinion.

how doyou make the driver's hand appear on the steering? can't do that...

If I recall, they should show as default. But if not, there should be an option in the menus, to control whether the hands show or not. The same goes for the steering wheel itself: it can be made invisible, if you wish.
