I get an average of 10m3 per day off my roof. Could I build something like this without needing the filters? There is a river 20 meters at the back of my fence to flush overflow from the roof. I am thinking its possible to just have the rainwater constantly replenishing the water, like a natural rock pool. Anyone? With 10m3 per day average, what size natural pool (no filters no chemicals) could I go for?

That is tight. Right now, our swimming pool has been converted into a koi pond, so I definitely like the direction of this design. I think chlorine is poison and must be banned. I'd like to see more detail on this pool's filter design. If koi ponds can be totally clear without chlorine, why can't pools?

I build pools in Tennessee USA-This pool is beautiful! Sanitation is similar as to how the Romans sanitized their pool 200yrs ago-no chemicals and sanitized by the plants. keep up the good work!-Ron Noonan
