@smoothcriminaldude that kind of strength is very rare. as I recall he is a lot smaller than this dude and didn't have to train at all to rip both a phonebook and a deck of cards (according to the show).

@cowsfromalaska Been training grip 4yrs now in about a month. was about 2yrs at the point of this video

Yep, I do plenty of grip training. I do a few grip contests a year as well as Old Time Strongman Exhibitions.
