    Great work leaving the choco monster behind and reading your cue card. Way to keep focused. Row machine...hmmm I'll have to try this.

  • I love the beginning. HA~I've had weeks like that...too often than not. So, keep up the hard work and next week you will kill the scale. Also, you're brave to try the row machine. I haven't got there yet. Still too intimidated myself. Good luck next week.
