i wouldnt say its really "fair" but it is a goal. the puck was never covered by the goalie, nor was it stuck under his pad the puck is still in play. even though his pad was pushed into the puck, the puck was never in his control so should not be waved off as the player pushed the goalie into the net with the puck.

@mustbeburtreynolds You realize the wings went through a very similar drought before the 90's right? Now it's the hawks turn to take their place in the spot light. As for attendence. It has nothing to do with Toews and Kane. Their were always fans they just got shut out by a greedy owner. Funny how the year the owner passes away the hawks don't even make the playoffs yet the crowd starts flooding into the united center. Belive me it has nothing to do with players.

100% legal goal. Hiller DOESN'T have full control. You can claerly see that the puck is loose and then Hillier knocks it in when he puts his pad back (with some help from Cleary of course). I really don't see what the big deal is. I've seen several more questionable goals than this. Especially from the Anaheim Ducks themselves. Check out the game 5 2007 goal they scored against the Vancouver Canucks. The 1st goal scored they practically assaulted Luongo until the puck went in. Go check it out.

You're ridiculous. You want to talk about denial? You're bathing in it. Detroit is a team with poise, grace, and maturity.
Which I'm pretty sure are all the things necessary for a CLASSY team...unlike the one you're rooting for.
