  • go to move? try to go all Live on us? lol fail

  • should go for the reverse layup after the spin cause the help ussualy comes when they see that and in that position its easy to get some contact for a foul

  • Plyometrics sir. Search it up.

  • Oh alright. But I don't seem to be growing any taller for a while now. I'm currently 1.81 metres and weighing probably 66 kg. Still pretty skinny though. I hope my school gets into the regional top 4 next year, cause we seriously need it. Now I'm dying to work on my agility and toughness. Can anyone help?

  • he wants to get DEEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZZED

  • obviously ur metabolism is high so get a weight program for hardgainers also...most thin people say they eat a lot but really DONT. You eat enough to stay the same size so eat 6 meals a day that are smaller and you'll get bigger but you need to lift weights targetting mutiple muscle groups so you dont burn too many calories. Also, drink water 8 times a day. Do research as well....don't be lazy.
