MW2 1st person to 3rd person Glitch on Ps3

After using a stinger and predator missle, out of no where this happens.
And at the moment im trying to see if i can do this again.
When this happens theres no crosshair when you aim with L1. So only
hip fire and knife works. In return you can see anyone on the map thats your enemy. Once you die your stuck underground. Until the game is over.
