I Never quantize. It makes the beat sound less natural (too perfect)

@drjackohollious aight, nice one. i wish they had choke groups on the 404... check out Chicken On The Rocks by Jean Jacques-Perrey & Dana Countryman, thats the song you're sampling

Nice video! You definitely need to have excellent timing skills to use this function to make a beat as the benefit of the pattern sequencer is the quantize function :)

sampling jean-jacques - i like, thanks for sharing yo. did you adjust the sample lengths on the jean-jacques chops or did you somehow get them to choke each other?

@OskarEnghoff I just chopped the beat. they dont cut each other off, i just take fingers off pads and push pads at certain times. this sample is from an old tv commercial.
