'Spin' has been around since there have been people, and the same is true of provocateurs. Change the subject from lawful protest to 'terrorism,' make it look like 'they started it,' and you can pound heads and break necks, and get rid of your critics without raising the ire of your constituency. Government is nothing but a 'protection' racket perpetrated by thugs and crooks.
