@masterchad32191 damn it was sooo long ago, but I googled it, top cover songs, or cover songs better than the original, and sure enough, there it was, some asshole who's number one pick was another asshole named Sid Vicious doing a cover of the Great Frank Sinatra. What was the reason he picked him to be no. 1? "it's just better; deal with it"

Hate to sound like a dick but this version seriously does fail at warranting any sort of respect I love music regardless of genre. But seriously this sucks and I'm not saying that just because outkast wrote it originally it literally does suck musically they've added nothing to the fray and the lyrical interpretation is soulless, it just sounds like some boy moaning this band also ruined a gorillaz song. Covers can be brilliant just like muses feeling good and hendrix's watchtower. classics.

I was reading an article titled "25 cover songs that are better than the originals" and this was at No.19. listening to it now i agree when he said it was softer but when he called the original a "horrible song" the whole article just lost its credibility.
