Lets simplify this. Waterboarding IS illegal according to the Geneva convention, any info gathered from waterboarding or any other form of torture IS illegal to be used. So the IS no argument STOP WATERBOARDING. Its illegal.

So, Gen. Hartmann, you are gearing up for show trials allowing the use of evidence gotten via torture and the letting judges toss out the press at any time by claiming the need for secrecy. So, your predecessor Col. Davis was fired for holding the oposite views. He was replaced by a guy bucking for the Order of Stalin (woops, order of Bush), namely you General Hartmann.
