I feel the same way girl - I KNOW I'm losing weight, but I don't necessarily see it in myself. I've dropped a ton of sizes, but I still feel huge most of the time. You are doing amazing, and I am SUPER proud of you. Keep up the great work, Sweetie. Love, Jocelyn & Pasha xoxoxoxo

Your excitement is making me smile ear to ear!! I'm so happy for you. You are kickin' butt on that elliptical. For some reason, I have a really hard time on the elliptical...bothers my knee. See now... I told you that it would be no time at all that you catch my weight. I'm at about 254 right now and haven't lost in a while. But it's okay right now. Congrats on the fabulous weight loss. And I can't wait to see the bicycle!! I love riding bicycle!!

I heart CONNIE! I'm so glad to hear my video helped you and I'm so proud of the work you are doing as well! I loved that you hit that elliptical hard! I've never stayed on longer than 45 mins but I love it and I hope you keep at it! 31 weeks will be here before you know it! You're looking great and I know you are feeling great too! (((hugs)))

Excited that getting your bike is right around the corner! I took a ride on my trike yesterday against the wind and got a great workout. Rode to a park and sat quietly in the sunshine for a bit. Love to count riding it as a form of fun exercise. As always, Connie, you are an inspiration to me. You are a machine, girl!!!!
