i know how to make this higher quality or even HD!!!!!

just make a video in HD (it only has to be 10 seconds long) then use the youtube video editor and put the10 second clip before this one (trim it down to about 4 seconds)

after its done processing, it should be HD or way better quality.

@ITAMEMATIO I re-uploaded this video several times in different format settings... nothing worked. I gave up a long time ago. Yes, I have this video saved. When I play it on my computer from my saved file..it's crystal clear. ???
