  • Great video man! Very impressive. I had a question for ya. What's your height and weight? You look pretty tall. I'm 6'6 230 plan on cutting to 215. How can I improve my kick flexibility? I have some serious leg power. Legs like tree trunks. How can I do high kicks like you?

  • @TheNobleBard

    I'n 6ft 2in and about 180pds.

6ft 6in you probably can be a whole lot less flexible than most and still get that shin up there. As for improving flexibility, there are dozens of ways. Truth is, the most effective way to improve kicking flexibility is to constantly throwing kicks and working on getting them higher and higher. Continuous practice is your best bet. Stretching out your hips really good before, during and after your workout will also help. thanks brotha, good luck!

  • random question do u hav recomendations for how long a person should stretch before workout?

  • @kaindrg

For myself, I typically do a light warm up first with jump rope and shadowboxing. Usually 1 rd of each 2-3mins. Then I stretch after I have a light sweat. I find it better to stretch out once I have at least broke a light sweat and am a little warmed up. I usually stretch for 5-7 minutes (static stretching), then another 2-3 minutes of dynamic stretching (in motion). This is what works well for me..... hope that helps.

  • What weight bag is that?

  • @brianvelasquez hanging

  • Hey man nice vid, what you think will develop better striking, a hanging bag or a freestanding bag?

  • Good bro

  • that was pretty damn good. could you possibly make a tutorial video?

  • Always good to watch how even kids kick bags in Thailand to see how relaxed they are in executing the kicks. See /watch?v=Ra1pOw0_D0M&feature=related

  • if u had more flexibility ur kicks would be even deadlier
