Studio Museo Achille Castiglioni, Piazza Castello 27, Milano, May 2005.
Objects can tell stories about the places where they have been: but this is a special place, since it is where those objects were conceived. The things on display speak about themselves and about their creator, Achille Castiglioni. They are the visible traces of a presence, and they hint to moments and people that the visitor can discover.
As we visit the studio, three installations, the interactive light switch, the "revealing" document boxes and the "magical" RFID objects make us rethink our relationships with things, with the memory of things and with our own memory.
