And Warburg left Germany and emigrated to the US in 1938 after selling thebank due to the Nazi Nuremburg laws, passed in 1935, well before the Nazis started the systematic extermination of Jews in Europe. so even though he was on the Riechsbank board he had nothing to do with the Holocaust.
