The only problem with this video is that it doesn't play forever. But beauty is fleeting isn't it?
Thanks for providing us with all these moments here on the Tube.

One of the best T-rex songs and a quality clean sounding upload ...cheers bruv/sis for sharing.

@wtfe20210 Awww, thanks so much! That really made my day. It's nice to share the music, but it's very special to hear that it means so much to someone.....really makes the effort worthwhile. Tanx!!!!! XXXX :)

@sirbenofboing Ha ha, yeah. Personally, I always thought if Sigourney Weaver and Johnny Depp had a love child, you'd have Marc Bolan. :)

Sigourney Weaver, eat your heart out.

@chanteleigh...love ya. No clue who you are, but i have been subscribed for a while. You brighten my mornings, days and you turn the moon into a ball of love with these videos you share. in short, YOU ROCK! (baby, ROCK ON!)

@CarellaRoss Ha, that made me laugh...yeah, if they're talented, they get ignored, so true! (Check out X Factor and the other so-called "talent shows", right?) Tanx for the tip, I'll check out your friend's band. Bowie producer? Sounds cool. XXXX

@chanteleigh those people will always be rare but they're out there (they just don't get any press). i get tons of the early 70's UK people who get where i'm coming from without trying to BECOME my heros. check out my track Nobodies Talkin' 'Bout Nothin'. also i think any Bolan fan could appreciate my friend William's track called Discourse. NYC band = The Drown. search for it. it should be on here & i'll bet anything it's being ignored because it's actually good. (it's by a Bowie producer)
Best quality yet. Thanks for the up.

I can't believe this song never made the UK TOP 40. Miller Anderson is on the second guitar - he played in just aboot (excuse the Scots pun) every band there was in 1970s! Its so sad that Marc died only six months after this was made. The Dandy In The Underworld album (from which this song is taken) was only the start of the Marc's comeback from hedonism, and without doubt, he would have been massive in the 1980s.

@ivortheengine74 i know. it's such a great track. SO slick but consider the climate. i've always thought that it was probably not unlike the way people looked at guns n roses post-nirvana for a few years. it just goes to show what sheeple the general public has always been & will always be regardless of locale....always following that carrot on the stick for a pat on the head from the other idiots desperately trying to say & do the "right" thing

@CarellaRoss Couldn't have said it better myself! I wish we had more great music like this (indeed, a really great track!), especially today when has become faceless, shapeless and painful to endure....today's stuff makes elevator muzak seem inspiring. Where are the Bolans of the world when we need them???? XXXXX

@ivortheengine74 I completely agree...I have the "Dandy" album, and also the "Dandy - Final Cuts" version which contains all the alternate versions, studio working cuts, etc. I'm in agreement that Marc would have been huge in the 80's. A damn shame and a loss to the world, both professionally and personally, being that he was a very lovely human being. So sad. :(
