@badmovie I remember seeing this in a video known as the "Wacky Zany Video from Kool-Aid and Kay-Bee Toy Stores", which was offered via a points collection promotion. A majority of it was cut, focusing more on the race itself and ending with the scooter club passing the cyclists; I'm guessing they did so because of the alcohol use and implications of sexuality. They also never gave credit to the original makers. A few years later I saw "Neighbors" and found out who they were.

@badmovie This short is a 1967 production by the team of Chuck Menville (who also plays the lead biker) and Len Janson. They were proficient users of this technique, officially known as pixilationl; in fact, they won an Academy Award for it with their short "Neighbors", which came out a year before this.

Wow I had no idea of that short. Who is this people??? Don't know anything about them. I've just found this clip once on youtube and downloaded it -fortunately- for it dissapeared after a couple of month...so I uploaded it again. Do you know who they are?
