I agree that the kids are spoiled and act out and can be brats. But you gotta remember that their father is hardly around. He's always doing his business. They just want attention and love from their father. They are going about it the wrong way with their tactics, but they just want their father to love and pay attention to them.

I get chills watching this part beacuse when oliver sees Jenny after the makeover I could tell that he fell in love with her right then and there.

The kids are spoiled but their father gives his job more attention then his children. They are also being raised by their grandmother and a nanny.
