  • In this video the action of a defender will create more fierce response from an attacker.

    Systema is more fun for kids then any Kempo , Karate or what ever shown here.

    I challenge the teacher in this video to attend one seminar with Vladimir Vasiliev after which he’ll never go back to his old ways.

  • I would never teach my kids raw mindless violence showed in this video.

    There is better way based on relaxation and improvisation not on learned stiff movements.Systema is a real self-defense, first it teaching to avoid a conflict, if that fails, then properly measured respond follows.
