It's a good program but the only flaw I see with some of the exercises is that you already have to be in good shape to perform it because the intervals are to long from the first week, but if you star with 10 sec instead

First of all, are you to give work out advice and is this 4 week work out plan scientifically proven and supported by professional trainers? And also what if i don't have that big ball thing, what can i do?

in week 2 you do the same program that we did on week 1 plus the program of week 2 or we just do the week 2 program?????

@n5on Great question. You do ONLY the workout for that week; in this case week 2.
