Thank you Dr. Perry. Typically when unions and politicians talk about education it is as if they were talking about world peace or ending world hunger. We never get to the crux of the matter saying thing that don't offend or get us anywhere or harm anyone's income. For the last 65 years since Brown we have not made any progress at education children particularly Black kids. However, budgets have increased, school construction cost and pensions have compounded in costs with no results.
