  • hey, im new to bonsai. just wondering - when you collect trees if u keep any soil, or water in the garbage bags covering the roots?

    thanks

  • @coldsloppywaffles the tree was in the bags for less than 2 hours... it was potted up very quickly after collecting

  • Would like to see more of tree. Lots of potential how many years will you let rest for recovery before working on tree.

  • @mrbonsai1234 The tree will be 3 years minimum before ANY work, moving, styling is done. Thanks for your interest

  • How'd u get permission?

  • @mikemike20202020 ask the landowner... simple really... the tree was not visible from any point unless you were at the foot of the cliff... which is pretty inaccessible

  • Wow, where the heck do you like to find stuff like this? I am in Northern Coastal California. Is there anywhere I can collect something such as this.

  • great ,great tree -keep us up to date on its progress. i just collected a awsome sourwood tree,it fills good to find a good tree in the wild.

  • @jeremynorbury the tree will be split into two tree!... but not for a while yet!

  • Doesn't even need Jin fluid! Although it looks like you might need two pots and not one...
