I'm often a "guest" of psychiatric facilities. I was not aware the procedures of ECT and lobotomys were still preformed until i met some of the patients. A man spoke with me slowly, he always looked so confused. I asked him if he "felt" better and he looked bewildered and said "well.....my family says i am....so....i guess...i am?" he was so miserable he had no idea what to FEEL anymore. The tretaments robbed him of it. This procedure was done in Toronto 2010. horrific
